TRI Quality Policy
The Tourism Research Institute is committed to transforming its knowledge and expertise for the benefit of society, while creating added value and adhering to our university's quality principles. The Institute prioritises the satisfaction of all its stakeholders. In conducting all its academic and administrative activities, our Institute acts in accordance with the universal understanding of science; observes the rule of law, prioritises justice, tolerance, and social values, and embraces continuous improvement through a participatory approach.
Our Institute has defined its quality policy in line with the following principles:
- In order to ensure that the goals, criteria and objectives set out in the strategic plans of our University and Institute are achieved,
- In order to implement a culture of continuous improvement and development in all academic and administrative activities,
- It is vital to adopt a management approach based on fairness and trust in all activities,
- It is vital that we support academic and administrative staff in line with institutional goals and individual development needs. This must be done within the framework of the principle of equal opportunity,
- It is vital that students are educated as individuals who respect social and human values, the environment, critical and constructive thinking, human rights, and ethical principles in their education processes, in light of universal knowledge,
- The objective is to make a contribution to academic life and the tourism sector through postgraduate thesis studies, with the needs of the city and society being a key consideration.
